    Beard Transplant

The beard has a significant impact on a man’s attractiveness and appearance,  while most men want to grow a thick and full beard, not every man has the ability to grow a full and dense beard.
Genetics and other factors may play a role in preventing a man from having a full and natural beard. At Headfirst clinic, men do not have to worry anymore, thanks to our latest technology, you can have the beard you have always wanted.

    What is a Beard Transplant?

A Beard transplant operation is the transplantation of grafts taken from the donor area at the back of the head or lower part of the chin where the beard is dense to the areas on which beard loss is observed.

    Beard Transplant Steps

The shape of your future beard is designed according to your desire. Your surgeon will take into consideration the symmetry between both sides and the consistency in beard appearance, according to the following steps:

    1. The doctor calculates the required number of hair follicles
    2. Determining the appropriate type of follicles to reach a natural result and a good density.
    3. Extracting follicles from the donor area according to the appropriate conditions.
    4. Implanting the follicles into the beard and moustache according to the specified design.

The time may differ from one person to another, depending on the beard size and the number of follicles, but on average, it takes from two to four hours for the procedure to be done.

Although the graft calculation for beard transplantation varies from patient to patient, it will vary according to face type, current beard condition, patient desire, and beard style. Before the operation, the area to be transplanted is measured in our clinic.

There is generally no pain with this procedure. A local anaesthetic is administered before the procedure.
